[WR] Wet Rossendale
Like a number of other places, a very wet day here in Rossendale today. Just
checked the rainfall total from 21z yesterday to 16:30z today and it stands at 27.4mm. Still raining at the moment with some run-off onto roads. The river Irwell at Rawtenstall is like a torrent. Also, we are positioned well into the mild airstream with the wintry 'boundary' a considerable distance to the north.
