High pressure (1035mb) lies over much of England. Low pressure (975mb)
lies in the Atlantic. Winds across the country are light to moderate
south/southwesterlies in the west, but light in the southeast. Most
areas will be mainly fine and dry. Temperatures will be close to
normal. Beyond this conditions turn milder and more unsettled from the
west again.

across the country are mostly light to moderate southwesterlies,
freshening in the northwest. Most parts will be mainly dry and fine,
but turning cloudier in the northwest later. 850hpa temperatures range
from -3C in the east to +2C in the west. Forecast 2m temperatures
range from +5C in the east to +9C in the west. Beyond this conditions
turn unsettled in the northwest especially and milder again.

west of Iceland in the Atlantic. Winds across the country are light to
moderate west/northwesterlies. Most areas will see mostly fine and dry
conditions, with just a few wintry showers in the north and east.

southwest. Temperatures will be close to or below normal in most
parts. Beyond this conditions turn milder again and more unsettled in
the north and west.

Low pressure (985mb) lies close to the northeast of the UK. Another
low (1007mb) lies out in the Atlantic. High pressure lies over Europe
and ridges into Southwest Britain. Winds across the country are mainly
moderate to fresh northwesterlies. Many areas will see sunshine and
wintry showers, especially in the north. Temperatures will be close to
or just below normal in many areas.

Summary:
A fine and chilly start to next week looks likely before conditions
once again turn milder and more unsettled from the west, although the
southeast may remain rather settled well into next week with high
pressure nearby.
