Default Very sunny, Cornwall

Just heard Jay Wynne (R4 0030) say that Falmouth had 18 hours of sun
today. I didn't mis-hear him. Eighteen, he said. Perhaps they were
Fahrenheit hours, which, if converted to Celsius hours, becomes - 8. Ignore
the sign and you've probably got the right answer. But I think he should have
told us.
