Default Mikonos - but not how I knew it!

Its a small island near Paros & Naxos to the SE of Athens if I remember
right. I went there before you could fly direct from the UK many years
go, - I think the planes still have to refuel in Athens for the return.

But when I went - what I would have given for air conditioning it was so
hot!

I dont believe the locals will be talking about global warming in the
tavernas tonight.

Hi Phil,

I'm assuming an airport very close to the warm sea ? What a lapse rate if
not,
with a broken cloud base only 2500ft above.
