I can also add:

http://www.greatbritishweather.com - The main site is still under
construction. The Forum is active and can be accessed from the Forum link on
the left hand menu (will be switching to faster host within the next two
weeks). The forum covers all aspects of weather in the UK from general
discussion through to current weather conditions for the main UK areas
(e.g. Northern England, Souther England, Devon and Cornwall, etc).
The main site once completed will act as a complete resource for weather
information within the UK.
