Blowing snow videos
I'm glad to see most of you are getting their wintry weather! Here are
three small videos from blowing snow in SE Athens from two weeks ago: A wave of blowing snow is approaching me and the bushes are disappearing http://dias.aueb.gr/~ikarag/snow/blsncoming.wmv (159K) You really couldn't do (not to mention record!) much while the wave was over the observer, but close the eyes, lean down and turn the back against the wind.
