Default August 2003 (Part 2)

If July's CET turns out to be more than 17.1C and if my calculations on a
previous post are correct, August will also turn out warmer than average. A
CET of greater than 16.7 would be expected. However, I'll really stick my
kneck out and go for a CET between 17.5C and 18C.
