Broad area of frontal cloud covers Ireland, Scotland and the Irish Sea.
Bright and quite sunny over most of England and Wales. Cloud moving into
Belgium from France. Netherlands fairly sunny but with large amounts of
high cloud.

Band of rain from NE England to central southern England shrinks and breaks
up on Friday night. More rain reaches western Ireland by Saturday morning
and moves slowly east to cover the whole of Ireland by midday. It
continues to move slowly SE across Scotland in the afternoon and into Wales
and western England by evening.
