At 1100Z (1200 BST) temperature 18.5degC, a whisker below our day max
yesterday (which was the warmest day so far this year). Another few hours to go to max temp (circa 15Z) so we should get to 20 comfortably (but not necessarily much higher looking at the Herstmonceux ascent) - a cracking day, no pollution, strong sunshine and a light breeze. Will be interesting to see if we get any sort of sea breeze here .. though for us it usually arrives fairly late and after theoretical max temp time, other factors being equal.
