Default Forecaster could do with just a thank you.

You are still alive aren't you?

And you don't live in Russia do you?

What else do you want?

Permission not to go to Africa ever?

Or Yugoslavia or the USA or what?

Is that because the USA is turning into Russia and the legal systems
earthwide are so far from Eutopia that the moon is a viable alternative
as the song says?

Or are you just poking fun at a prankster?

A little off topic:

The building site where I am working has been plagued by vandals, mostly
children -some not more than 6 or 7 years old. They are untouchable in
this country. In a sensible world they would have been given a smack for
the first offense. Subsequent damage would have been draconian and most
unexpected.

If we had no police force in the UK, the country would be a nicer place
to live in. OAP's would sleep soundly in their beds. And criminals would
lie quaking in theirs.

What do we have?

Ostensibly the recent spyware meeting in the USA was to help politicians
set laws for the removal of crap ware. However, the people who run
antispyware programmes were removed from speaking whilst firms like
Gator got first place. This is in order to ensure the FBI can scan
systems world wide with no law against them.

In the meantime someone in the gutter of world politics is blowing smoke
at meterologists. Well; serves them right for having their eyes open.
Most have got their heads tucked firmly in the sand though. So if it
looks like the moon to you I could tell you why but I don't want to
upset you.
