Brussels - slight TS this evening
Brussels on Friday 30 April
Cloudy morning. Brighter by midday with some sunshine early afternoon but cloudy again later. Increasingly threatening sky as I returned from work around 19.00 local time. Bright cloud-to-cloud flash of lightning in front of me as I walked home from the tram stop - thunder several seconds later. Occasional thunder over the next hour with a spell of moderate rain. Light wind - first easterly then variable. Warm and close afternoon. Brussels Uccle 21.2°C - overnight minimum 11.9°C - and 2 mm rain. Brussels Airport 21.3°C - overnight minimum 10.4°C - and 0.2 mm.
