Default Warm day ahead in Wanlockhead

Yup, on my way to 22บC.
A truely glorious day - and not a rare thing in May thankfully.
Hope the wind switches to a NW'ly for you Steve, and spreads some of this
heat your way soon.
Alex.

Yes, I've been keeping an eye on your figures - looks like you've just
hit 20C for the first time this year?

The second part of the day.... Could be interesting.

Thunderstorms?

We had our warmest yesterday with 21.7ฐC.

We also had 8mm rain between 16:45 and 18:15 with some very
interesting cloud formations and a bit of thunder.

Currently 20.9ฐC and cloud starting to build after the flattest calm
I've ever seen on the sea.

We've just reached 19C, making it the warmest day of the year so far,
and this'll do me just fine thank you!

Maybe our first 20C of the year?

Great weekend here but today is overcast, fine drizzle and very much cooler.

Brampton, Cumbria
Manage just above 21ฐc mid afternoon in the screen, oregan showing a
slightly higher figure unfortunately, warmest day of the year and first
time over the magic 21c

This sparked of a thunder storm, started around 3pm and still rumbling over
Carlisle now,(5pm) a few burst of moderate rain, but not enough to reach 1mm
as yet, no lightning observed - very still air now, no wind for 30mins !
