Default WR - Tilehurst

Managed 1.2mm of rain yesterday (29th) - read at 2100 UTC.
There was occasional v. light rain between 0500 and 0600 (giving a Trace).
Then a period of rain between 1450 and 1615 and further occasional light
rain between 1730 and 1800 UTC.
