Default Very dry spring in Brussels

Brussels has had a very dry spring. At Uccle only 103.0 mm rain fell in
the 3 spring months - long-term average for the period is 168.3 mm.

It was also on the warm side - mean. temp. 10.2°C as against a long-term
average of 9.1°C.

Sunshine was around normal - 496 hours this year as against a long-term
average of 471 hours.
