RH... 65%. barometric pressure... 1019mb. optical phenomena... circumzenithal arc (good colouring). faint mock sun (to the right of the sun). beaufort letters... bc. Nigel (Romsey, Hampshire). |

cloud... 1 okta AC floccus with virga (flying angels!) at 17000ft.
1 okta CC floccus at 20000ft. 4 oktas CI fibratus (some s****atus) at 27000ft. LIDAR ceilometer at Chilbolton seems to show returns from these clouds- http://www.chilbolton.rl.ac.uk/weather/lidar.htm (bottom image) unfortunately the vertical radar is U.S V pretty in Surrey on Sunday.
