Default [WR] York

Started cloudy with sporadic instability rain. Cleared to east late morning.
Breaks were enough to allow some (projected) views of the Transit. Since
lunch sky has been very hazy with extensive CICS small amounts of unstable
ACand some scattered CU humilis. Wind light S to SE. Temp at 15Z .. 29C on
north facing garage wall (almost certainly a DEG or so too high)(the Uni
site is reporting around 28C). Nice thermal trough over eastern half of UK
....some activity may develop later this afternoon and this evening.

Thermal trough indeed, it's gone decidedly chilly here in Manchester with
the wind now blowing straight off the cool Irish Sea. We stand at 18 degC
now with EGNX 60 miles to our SW with 27 degC.
