Default Whats up with metoffice radar?

Looking at the current sequence on
http://www.meto.gov.uk/weather/europe/uk/radar/ suggests that they
have slipped in some of the images between the hour(The images for
21:00 & 22:00 occur twice but the 2nd image in each case is slightly
ahead in time.

I noticed the same thing happening with the 15:00 output this afternoon.

A data feed problem, a solution is being sought.
