Max today was 32.9C and the min 8C in the Chipstead Valley,Surrey, so the
range of temperature was 24.9C. Not the warmest so far this year as I recorded 34.6C on the 15th July. The range is likely to be less over coming days due to far higher minimum temperatures. I was in Hove this afternoon and the sea breeze was quite weak and it was around 29C but the sea was very inviting. However I had to give a talk in a crowded and very hot hall.- the subject Frost Fairs! Ian Currie-Coulsdon,Surrey. www.Frostedearth.com |
