Hi Ken/All,

Showery rainfall for much of the day here in Ferryhill, Co. Durham. Some
dark threatening cloud around with little sun to speak of.
11.2mm of rain so far at 1700Z, with temp hovering around the 13°C mark. I
see Paul has had 16mm at Aycliffe since 0900Z.

We got some very heavy rain in the late afternoon on Sunday, and a
double rainbow. I didn't hear any thunder. Followed by steaming roads -
quite strange walking through it later towards sunset. I thought it felt
warmer last night than it has been, but I must confess to having had
some of the radiators on during the day.
