Default Is the whole of Northern Europe in deep-freeze?

Sorry, no time to look at the group in detail but I've been reading
three day forecasts in a paper and it seems that all Northern European
cities from Berlin to Dublin are forecast max of 17c or less for Sat,
Sun and Mon. Is this right? I've heard something about heavy
rain,t/storms and strong winds but the temperatures seem really
strange for July. Berlin has only 13c for Sun/Mon! Surely this can't
be right?

Nick
(from Vancouver - weather conditions over the last three days mostly
cloudy, occasional sun and/or light shower - about 20c)

It is pretty cold here in south England, 62 F/ 16.9 C at 17:30 Sunday.

See the sea surface temperature anomaly map from the US Navy.

The seas around western Europe are cool except for the Adriatic which is
above normal. I reckon that the land will be similar.

Cheers, Alastair.

It is scheduled to outlast the global warmers. (Any survivors will of
course have mutated.)
