The former. You can't achieve that degree of accuracy for a one-day
forecast, never mind seven days.

Oh I think he would, assuming he went private and didn't work
selflessly for the greater good in the Met Office

I'm giving trends that can be used in agriculture and land management
planning 10 or 20 years in advance. It gives warnings of super-typhoons
and serious earth-quakes too.

I can't give it away free. No-one wants to know. Who'd pay for it in
that case?
