Default (WR) Rapid development

Same down here in Lincoln. A breeze has just started, and it's feeling
noticeably cooler - 8 oktas cloud now too. Looks like we're due some rain.

Rapid mid level development here in South Yorkshire this afternoon
after a very hot and sunny morning. Feeling more humid than yesterday
but not quite as hot. Had a few large drops of rain yesterday evening
may get some thunder later today.

Starting to get very grey here, winds have been increasing a little,
barometer is like a yo-yo, temperature dropped to 25 and now back to 27 in
an hour.

Sferics, 5 storms. 3 on the east side of Ireland, one West of Glasgow and
one South of Bristol. Ireland storms slowly tracking towards Douglas,
Southern Bristol storm seems stationary. Glasgow storm just appeared.

All are less than 4 strikes a minute. From the short time I have had my
Boltek I have noticed that when we have storms this is about the time they
start to increase in intensity up to about 18:00, then it either goes mad or
dies down.

Local news quoting a possibility of thunder later this afternoon/tonight
along with a humid night

Steve
