Default August sea-level circulation indices

August circulation indices can be found at:

http://www.climate-uk.com/indices08.htm

The 1990s was a period of cyclonic/westerly Augusts,
but the westerly index is now almost as low as it was
during 1968-78 which was the lowest of the last
century. The same low southerly index as was seen
in July prevailed from the mid-50s to the late-80s.
