![]() "No-One" wrote in message ... This weeks storms saw me franticly trying to work out how to set up my digi long exposure time to get some lightning shots. Unsuccessfully I might add. Anyone on here any experience of using a digi to photograph lightning ? Any pointers? Rich http://www.sh0pz.com/UK-lighning-map.htm When I was on holiday in Florida last year they had what many people called the worst thunderstorms thay'd had for 10 years. I just set my digi cam exposure time to maximum, left everything else on automatic and set it on a mini tri-pod pointing out the doors to the swimming pool. This is the first picture I got. http://www.zen16617.zen.co.uk/DCP_0146.jpg Wow ! Thats stunning ! exactly what I was looking take myself.... So I'll go and explore the manual settings on my olympus camedia c350... unless anyone here can knows the right settings ? Rich http://www.sh0pz.com |
