Default Beeb radar - bust again

Yup, for about the third time this week the radar at:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/live/brradar.shtml

and:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/live/brradar1.jpg

is up the creek without the proverbial paddle.

Is there an alternative, free radar that I can look at and which is
updated at least once an hour?

Try the Met Office site: always best to check with both (they are fed
from the same source, but sometimes the 'technicals' get in the way.)
