Still dry here at Herne Bay. Any precipitation has gone either side of
us here. I doubt we will see any rain here today. It is overcast but
bright and currently 24.5°C.

Mark. Slightly OT but as you live pretty close to Whistable. Neil Green have
you or anybody heard from him lately?
Sorry Mark just in case you didn't know Neil was a regular on here always
moaning about the lack of snow in Whistable - even during the summer months
:-(

There haven't been any thunderstorms down in his part of
the world lately, so he isn't interested.

No idea of what has happened to NGUK. He's normally very active this
time of year with the threat of those continental storms. Not seen a
decent storm here yet this summer. Sure he'll pop up again when the
winter forecasts get under way. We finally got just over an hour of
steady rain during the annual "Monster Crabbing" competition on the
pier at about 18:00 which is the first rain for some time here. No
floods or thunder!!

Regards
Mark
