Hi, everyone,
According to my AWS, today is now the wettest of 2004 in Copley with 30.4mm. Not much compared to Alan's deluge in Whistlefield, but a lot when you live in a rain shadow area and can not stand the stuff! We are already above the August average. Not looking good for the rest of the week in this area ):0( Well done Met O. Temperature now down to 15C (1530Z) from 19C at 09Z and overnight min of 17.5C. -- Ken Cook, Copley (5miles north of Barnard Castle), County Durham. 830ft http://mysite.wanadoo-members.co.uk/copley (MO climat. site updated before 10Z and 19Z daily) kencookATcopleydurham.freeserve.co.uk (All times GMT) --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
