Just been looking at the charts at it would seem that we could well be in
for some windy weather mid week onwards - I didn't get excited about last weekend mid week because those high pressure areas could / did / would screw things up - but mid week on looks very good - remember it's Cowes week and that quite often throws up a couple of days of inclement weather - usually at the begining - though Fastnet, and I don't know whether that's part of Cowes week this year or not - so gales in August are not than uncommon - and we need a gool old summer gale to tear all that seaweed off the sea bed and deposit it on our shores as what happens most Augusts.....and as ever hopefully you'll see all the wind and action on the streaming weathercam - with links http://www.seaspritesports.com/weatherframe.htm Charts at http://www.seaspritesports.com/ukobs4.htm |
