NE Scotland and the Northern Isles sunny. Frontal cloud from NW Scotland to
East Anglia. Quite sunny with scattered broken cloud over Wales, the south
and west Midlands, and southern England. Showers developing over Ireland.
Belgium and the SW half of the Netherlands under frontal cloud but the NE
half of the Netherlands is sunny.

Widespread rain from NW Scotland to the Midlands early on Monday night.
Further rain moves into SE England later in the night and merges to the NW
with the existing area over the Midlands. By early on Tuesday morning a
broad area of rain extends from southern Scotland through the Midlands to SE
England - although the SE and East Anglia are mostly dry by midday. Rain
area slowly shrinks and lessens in intensity during the afternoon but it is
still raining in SW and central Scotland and parts of NE England in the
evening.
