Yes and apologies to Brian for a short time before his post I had asked him
if he had any pictures of the outstanding weather in his area and if he
could give me a description of what is going on for Weather eye. Sincerely

Having shifted everything you can upstairs? One thing I'd hate is to
be flooded, I'd never buy a property on a flood plain or near a river
unless the property was a good 50' above the river. Being flooded
means striping out *everything* bar structural walls and solid floors.

Not to much I hope the fine slit will be bad enough.
