Hi All,

A bit off topic, but, we always talk here, but we never see any pics.
as this is a non binaries group, that doesn't matter, but I'm sure a
lot of the reports we see here have some interesting pictures to go
with them, especially in the age of the digital camera.

Would anyone be interested in the idea of an open mailing list that
users of the group can subscribe into so we can share good stuff
around?, without clogging up the group, and without a.b.p.w ,
which always seems empty!

I have diskspace and bandwidth spare and if people react positively I
could have it up and running today.

Another thought, how about limiting the size of the image that can be sent
in, I am sure there will be plenty that send in 2272 x 1704 images at 2meg.
which will be useless to anyone without broadband!

A sensible proposal, but in this forever more regulated world, shall
we give it a suck and see initially.

I have ran a jokes mailing list for three years, and that found its
own depth, now a mixture of both text and binaries.
