Default Switzerland Weather

Thank you to everyone who provided such helpful advice to me on 12th August
regarding the weather in Switzerland in readiess for my Swiss holiday. As
you can see I'm now back on home soil again but I'll never forget what I've
seen in the last 10 days. Some have described Switzerland's Lauterbrunnen
valley and the Jungfrau region as one of the the most spectacular mountain
vistas in the world. I can only agree with this and I'm sure that anyone
here who has also been to that area will agree and know exactly how I'm
feeling right now.

thanks again to you all.

David.

BTW for those interested, live webcams for the Schilthorn, Jungfraujoch and
Mannlichen as well as several interesting video clips can be found at

I agree. Strangely enough I phoned someone in Lauterbrunnen last night,
and apparently it's raining. Was the weather OK for you?

If anyone wants to see what these guys are talking about - try this:

Amazing - might go there myself.
