Default Strong Winds Injure 43 Workers At Beijing Olympics site

A windstorm hit a Beijing 2008 Olympics construction
site, toppling three temporary buildings and injuring 43 workers, the
government said Friday.
The sudden gusts struck around 0700 GMT at the site of the future
national swimming center, leaving two of the injured in critical condition,
the official Xinhua News Agency said.
The winds lasted 20 minutes, Xinhua said. No other details were given.
