I see that the south of the UK is in +564DAM temperature thickness's
for the weekend. Given some long hours of sunshine 27°c + should be
recorded in many locations in the south.

What a difference a week makes, who switch that switch?

I won't get anywhere near 27C here this weekend but Sunday especially
looks warm and very pleasant.

One of the presenters on the local news was making remarks that
now was a very strange time for summer weather. Like early
September?? I think some people consider that the seasons fit
neatly into 3 month segments are amazed when you get so called
'out of season' weather.
The same type of person who would be gobsmaked at snow in
early March......
