Low cloud from central Scotland to the Midlands with a weak front over the
Scottish border area. Sunny in Wales and most of southern England. Sunny
over the Low Countries except for a band of cloud near the NW coast of the
Netherlands. Vast area of northern and central Europe from France to well
into Russia almost clear of cloud.
