Default Active cold front

There was a large convective component on the cold front as it went through
Wokingham this morning at 1635Z. The max rain rate reached 100 mm/hr at
0635, with 2mm in appx 70 seconds. Visibility was reduced to well under 1
km. Total fall in 24 hrs up to 0900 was 8.4 mm.

Line convection looked a possibility, hence the PROB of heavy rain left in
the long TAFs yesterday morning, e.g. Heathrow :-
