Sea fog and low cloud around the coast of eastern and southern Ireland, part
of the eastern Scottish coast, around the Wash and from Norfolk to the
Midlands, and in the Channel by SE England. British Isles mostly sunny
otherwise. Fog and cloud also along the Dutch west coast and the coast of
Belgium. Low Countries also sunny otherwise but with some convective cloud
in the extreme east.
