Default Dry Exeter only 29MM

So far this September here in Exeter we have only had 29mm of rainfall.


I don't know what proportion of the monthly mean that represents, but
here there has only been 22.5 mm, the monthly mean 1983-2003 being 68.3 mm.

Tudor Hughes, Warlingham, NE Surrey, 556 ft.
