Frontal cloud through Scotland and eastern England and the North Sea.
Clearer behind the front over Ireland and Wales and western England. Quite
sunny in SW and central southern England in the NOAA 16 photo. Frontal
cloud covers Belgium and SW Netherlands in the NOAA 17 photo but the north
and east of the Netherlands is still sunny at that time.

Rain in western Britain on Wednesday night moves slowly NE on Thursday.
Rain bands fairly narrow and broken in the south until late morning when the
rain intensifies over eastern England and becomes heavy in East Anglia.
Mainly dry by late afternoon except in the far north of Scotland.
