Default [WR] Washington T&W

Well just maybe we might see high temperatures here in Washington. 11am
now, and @ 23.4 deg C. Recently it's been at the sub 20 mark at this time
of day. We are also lucky, as the sun has been out since about dawn, rather
than the low cloud/mist until lunchtime. Today no wind and no cloud.

Should make 28 deg C today. What do you reckon Les?
