Default Gatwick metar

Currently,

EGKK 030550Z 19003KT 9999 R08R/0500 SCT210 09/09 Q1018

Sort of linked to my question of a few days ago - shouldnt there be another
visibility value, as quite clearly there is a significant reduction in vis
from 10kms in at least one direction ?
Also a weather value is missing - and with an RVR value of 500m Lov
visibility Procedures should be in operation........or of course a bird may
have been responsible!
