What will happen is that instead of waiting until 2100 for temperatures to rise by 5C or whatever, it will happen one summer - the whole 5C. British weather will be similar to that of Bangladesh, with hot dry springs (April this year?) followed by a monsoon later in the year (August this year?) and hurricanes in September and October. I am so old now my memory is going, but didn't we get a monsoon last September? Cheers, Alastair. |
