They do say its part of the new series, "This season's first Horizon reveals
that a growing number of experts fear Britain could be heading for a climate
like Alaska. Our ports could be frozen over. Ice storms could ravage the
country, and London could see snow lying for weeks on end. It would be the
biggest change in the British way of life since the last Ice Age."

Who knows...

I think I saw it.

Not very good, with funky graphics and strange music.

Andrew Bond must have seen this last year - bless him.
Good timing, can't really go wrong when one flake is winter and two a
severe winter these days.
As for the work he puts in - same as I used to do for years. But I
don't think I will bother this year unless a cold (not severe) winter
seems possible.
Cheers

Don't be cynical Anne. There is a British way off life! it's called high
taxation to pay for the guilt of the left middle -classes. Why 10,000 years
ago it would have been impossible to implement import duty. So in a way
you're probably right.
