Showers and outbreaks of rain on Saturday night in eastern Scotland and NE
England as far south as the Wash. Band of rain moves south over the
Midlands and southern England overnight. Rain and showers are mostly
confined to Scotland and eastern England by Sunday morning and have declined
in intensity by midday. Showers in quite a few places in Britain in the
afternoon and early evening.
