Yes, there was a sudden very windy spell Like you 18:45 Strongest gust of the day just 17mph 19:00-1910 Gusting up around 50mph - Averaging around 30mph+ Then subsiding somewhat. Now (20:45) it's picking up again - gusting 40-45mph.
