Default [WR] Solent moderate snow now.

0830: A very interesting area of moderate precip. has formed in among
the wider area of light precip moving West into Central S England over
the last couple of hours. Light snow here in Fareham for the last hour
or so now, patchy on th ground but it looks set to become heavier for
a while... temperature up from 0.0 to +0.5 deg C, wind light East/NE.

0900: Snow is now continuous and moderate, temperature up though, to
+1.0. Sky overcast and darkening, it actually looks "full of snow"
and is currently just starting to settle. Interesting... but I better
get this [WR] in quick, before our spammy floody friend starts his day
shift...

Oh well, that didn't settle significantly and now it's stopped - so
nothing new there. Looks just like a normal winter's day outside. Wet.
+1.0 deg C.

Looking at the radar sequence that area of snow dissipated extremely
quickly. Puzzling.
