at various levels over the whole of the British Isles in the later NOAA 16
photo. Bright in the western half of Belgium but otherwise the Low
Countries are cloudy.

Outbreaks of rain move slowly south over Scotland on Monday night. Further
much more scattered outbreaks of rain in Scotland and northern England on
Tuesday morning. Rain areas develop in the north of Ireland and NW England
early in the afternoon and affect much of central and southern Scotland and
northern England in the evening.
