Default Weston Coyney (WR)

Maybe Philip could answer this one, as I said in my earlier post we've
had almost 16 hours of light snow and most of it as melted on pavements
and roads but now it's snowing heavily and the temp as fallen from 1.0c
to 0.4c but it's still not settling?
