All this talk of easterlies. This evening 7pm was actually the first time
the wind has got round to the east here during this cold spell. Temperature
went below freezing, snow stuck...currently E at 8mph and -1.2°

All the best

Default Easterlies

Very true. Around three years ago (one night in March) a Easterly developed
and one single cell from the North Sea brought 4CM of snow.

Looking outside tonight the East side of all the houses in the street are
white from the earlier *mini* blizzard.

The true Easterly always delivers here, and tonight it's true to it's form.

I was thinking that to George, wasn't sure if my Anemometer was
playing up? NE here now 0.8°c, although a dusting on cars, rooves and
some grass/mud, not roads and paths though.

I wouldn't be surprised if we wake up to a bit more, it has that
'FEEL' about it outside, unlike last night, something a computer can
not be programmed for g
