Default [WR] Northerly winds have reached South Bucks

At 1955 the wind in Chalfont St Giles suddenly shifted from a fresh
SW'ly to a fresh N'ly. Heavy rain (16 mm/hr on the Davis VP) with the
temperature falling quickly. Now 6.9c. Was 9.9c 15 minutes ago.
